Cycling At Sunrise
Today morning I got up 5:30, restless and ready to go out. It was still dark outside but the sky was clear. I grabbed something to eat and I was on my way. I headed down to Geleen. I wanted to see the area around Hospital and hopefully take some nice photo’s there. I locked my bike in front of the main entrance from where I took my first shot. It looked awesome with all the lights, nice and bright. Then I decided to walked back little bit until the bridge from where you you have a great view of the Hospital. Perfectly aligned with the road down bellow, I took few long exposure shots. Nice light trails all the way across the photo with the Hospital in the background.
By the time the Sun has raised I was waiting on the other side of the Hospital, facing the Sun with 55-210mm lens, zoomed all the way in. Few seconds after I set up my camera and tripod, I see this lady cycling in to the frame. I waited for the right timing and I took this shot. The picture was a bit brighter, but I knew that I can reduce the exposure in post processing. Then I took another two shots, one underexposed and one normally exposed to have all of the dynamic range covered.
Cycling back home, I was very exciting about this shot. You know the feeling when you just know that this is the picture that you came to the location for. It is a great feeling.
I hope you like this image too, please give it a thumbs up…:)
