Stamicarbon Sittard

Found a new path that took me along the Sittard prison all the way to this point. Never went this way before, so it surprised me when I came to Stamicarbon. It’s sort of a unique structure here in Sittard and it’s huge. I thought I will make a panorama and hopefully learn something new along the way.

I hope you like the image too, please let me know if you do…

Sittard Garden

I love this time of the year when the first strawberries are getting ready and you have some of the longest days in a whole year. Also It’s the start of a holiday season. It’s pretty relaxing on the garden. I took my camera and walked around, picked the spot and shot couple of images. I like the Rosa Tower in the background and the green garden makes me feel good.

I hope you like this image too, please if you do give it a thumbs up.

Last Bits Of Sun Rays

As I’m walking on the Kollenberg I have noticed a little gab in the clouds that looked like some of Sun rays may penetrate through. I still had about 20 minutes before sunset and I was heading towards Windraak. So I climbed the hill a bit and found a nice spot from where I thought the shot could be well worth it. Set up my camera and waited until the Sun rays comes through the hole in the clouds. It looked dramatic and I was happy to be there. It looked great!

Empty Highway

This was very unusual situation. I would say that every time I cycle over this bridge, I see cars coming and going as you would normally expect. This time, I came to the bridge, stopped in the middle, and was thinking what is going on…For about a minute, there were no cars from either direction, which was really strange. Also you don’t expect to be so quiet at places like this…

But anyway, I took the shot and thought I share it with you. Hope you like it…

Fields At Kollenberg

Going to Belgium today to camp over the night and so I’m posting the image right now. I was going for a walk the other day around Kollenberg and was taking pictures along the way. This is one of the better one from that day. The fields are getting more beautiful each day. Those of you who walk around there everyday must know. It was a special moment and I was happy to be there. It’s my favorite image of the day.

I hope you like it too, please if you do let me know…

Geleenbeek At Sunset

Just came back from a short bike trip around south Geleen, Puth, Windraak and some other villages. I then came to this place and thought that this could be a good shot. I really like the colors not only from the sunset but also the grass does looks great in my opinion.

I hope you like this image too, please if you do, let me know and give it a thumbs up.

I was editing some of the images today and I have stumbled on this beauty. I remember taking this image, but have completely forgotten about it. Some of the gardens there are amazing and I feel like I will be going there again soon for some more pictures. Walking between the gardens is an experience by it’s own. You should try it yourself…MAGICAL!!!

I hope you like this sunset image, please if you like it, give it a thumbs up…

After Storm

I was coming from Puth to Windraak looking at the sky and how quickly it’s developing same as looking for a good spot to make a panorama. This was a dramatic moment! I was soaked to the core from the rain that caught me on the way, but I was more concern about the beauty revealing in front of me. As soon as the rain moved away, the sky showed it’s absolute best and I tried to hurry up so that I wouldn’t miss the best moment!

As I’m cycling, I found this road that pointed towards to sunset, so I stopped, pulled my tripod and took 15 images from left to right.

I hope you like this image too, please if you do let me know and give it a thumbs up.
