Perfect Sunset Kollenberg
What can be more exciting than taking pictures at sunset. I love every moment when I’m out there shooting a time lapse, seeing an amazing sunset revealing in front of my eyes is great!!! I knew that this one would be a good one, so I rushed to Kollenberg, picked a good spot and waited for the action. At the beginning of the magic hour, I set my shutter speed to 1/40 to create smooth motion and avoid as much of the choppiness which you can see in many time lapse videos. In my opinion it doesn’t look professional. Also I fixed my tripod to avoid shakiness and I was ready to go. The Sun was setting quite fast so I set my intervalometer to 5 seconds and did 399 shots that day.
What I like about time lapse is that you can go back and pick up or choose a frame that stands out the most…This way you have a great control over the situation and could find that ”spot on” shot which you had in mind…
But anyway, I hope you like this sunset shot, please if you do, let me know and give it a thumbs up…
