Took this photo on my morning relaxation walk I like to do around Stadspark in Sittard. This is the time I like to plan and think what I’m going to do the whole day. It helps me to get more things done.
Since I started planning, I’ve seen my productivity skyrocket.
Anyway…. do you plan your days?
If not, then start right now! I guarantee you, you won’t regret it.
And here is why…
When you have a plan you get the sense of having more control in your day. For some reason this makes me more happier and I feel like I’m moving through the day easier than if I plan nothing.
Also I feel less stressful.
I found the best time to plan early in the morning when I’m walking around. Yours might be different. But whatever time of the day you pick, make sure stick to the plan.
One thing is to plan and the second is to follow the plan…
You wanna follow it.
This will make you a better person – more aware of your life.
